• Where are your deep-processing plants, and how much experience do they have?

• How does your production line flow?

• Do you use continuous press stamping? How many stamping steps do you need?

• Do you have a loading dock? Do you unload with carts, cranes, or hand pallet jacks?

• How far ahead do you usually order raw material?

2. Buy Top-Quality Coils, Skip the Seconds

CCY buys stainless steel only from big-name mills you can trust — like TISCO, POSCO, Outokumpu, JFE, NSSC, and others. Every coil comes with the original mill test certificate (MTC). We say "no" to re-rolled or mystery steel.

When a coil arrives, we open it within 10 minutes, check the surface, take photos, and email the mill's quality rep. If we find a defect, we swap the coil within two weeks, following the mill's schedule. That way, no bad steel ever reaches your shop floor.

3. Catch Defects Early, Fix Them Fast

Home-appliance sheets have to look perfect. Even a tiny roll mark, color difference, or scratch gets noticed during cutting.

If we ship steel in coils or strips, we put a small sticker right on the problem spot and send a "Quality Report" with the coil. The report tells you what the flaw is, where it starts, and where it ends, so you can stamp that part somewhere else or use it inside the machine where looks don't matter.

When a defect is too big to hide, we stop the line immediately and call the shift leader, quality tech, and plant manager within five minutes. Four hours later, we've worked with our own production and buying teams to set up a coil swap, so your parts—and your schedule—stay clean.


4. Stair-Step Payment Plan = Safe Partnership

Home-appliances makers often need long credit terms, but long terms = big risk. CCY uses a simple "stairs" plan:

① First projects: pay in full before we ship (TT 100%) or open a short-term Letter of Credit. 

② After on-time payments and good volume, you may place 30% down + 70% against bill of lading, or use a 90-180 day LC.

③ Buy more than 300 tons a year and hold a top credit rating? We’ll review your account yearly and can offer monthly terms.

• If the grinding team sees a repeating roll mark, they stop the line and hang a red tag.

• If the slitting team feels a burr bigger than 0.02 mm, they move the coil to "second-grade" and repack it.

• If anyone spots a torn wrapper or a bent edge, they re-wrap it on the spot.

Before each shift, operators check and calibrate their machines, look at yesterday's data, and talk about what could go wrong. Only after the team has a clear plan do they press "start."
